Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a standard reformer and a Reformer Tower?
A standard reformer only allows carriage exercises. The Reformer Tower adds a vertical frame with a trapeze, high springs and bars, opening up a repertoire close to that of a Cadillac.
How much floor space and ceiling height do I need?
Allow 236 cm in length by 72 cm in width, about 4 m² of usable space including clearance. The tower is 2 metres high: plan for a ceiling height of more than 2.20 m for arms-extended work on the trapeze.
Is the Dumia suitable for tall and heavy users?
It is the most accommodating model in our range: 220 kg maximum load for users up to 2.00 m tall, against 190 kg and 1.90 m for the rest of the range. A clear advantage for physiotherapy clinics and studios with a varied clientele.
Is the Dumia suitable for beginners?
The reformer repertoire suits every level. Tower exercises require a good command of the fundamentals and are introduced gradually, ideally with a certified instructor.
How many springs are included?
Six springs in three resistances (two yellow, two green, two red), with individual locking and a safety system. The tower's vertical springs are adjusted separately.
