Folding : Folding the Flexi Reformer is a simple process. Simply unlock the locking mechanism, usually located at the base of the reformer. Once unlocked, the frame can be gently folded upward. This compact mechanism significantly reduces the space required, making it ideal for small spaces such as home gyms or studios.
Unfolding : To prepare for your Pilates session, simply release the folded frame, which smoothly unfolds to its full length. This quick and simple process allows you to start your workout in no time.

Maintenance:
To keep the equipment in good condition, it is important to follow these instructions:
- Clean the upholstery with water and a microfiber cloth. For stubborn stains, you can use a small amount of liquid or powder detergent diluted in two liters of water.
- Replace the springs every two years to ensure proper tension and safety. Clean and lubricate the wheels regularly to ensure optimal bearing performance.
- Make sure to periodically clean and lubricate the spring adjustment bars for proper operation. The rails on which the carriage wheels slide should also be cleaned and lubricated regularly to ensure smooth movement.
