1. Warranty Duration and Conditions

• Wood and aluminum frames: 3-year warranty against any manufacturing defect or material flaw under normal usage conditions.
• Cushions, accessories, and springs: 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defect or material flaw under normal usage conditions.

2. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and components.
• Hidden defects affecting the normal use of the machine.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear due to regular use.
• Damage caused by misuse, inadequate maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
• Deterioration resulting from excessive commercial use or unsuitable environmental conditions (excessive humidity, sun exposure, etc.).
• Repairs carried out by a third party not authorized by Pilateo.

4. Claim Procedure

If you experience an issue covered by the warranty, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service via our website or email, providing a detailed description of the issue along with photos.
• Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
• Our technical team will review your request and may offer a repair, replacement, or credit, depending on the case.

5. General Provisions

• The warranty is applicable from the date of purchase and is non-transferable.
