Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 60 days. If more than 60 days have passed since you received your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refusal of Delivery

Customers have a right of withdrawal from the receipt of their order to exercise their right to return and request a refund, without having to justify their decision. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of refusal of delivery without valid reason.

If the customer refuses delivery without having exercised their right of withdrawal in accordance with the stipulated conditions, the company THIPE 'Pilateo' reserves the right to retain the total amount of the order as compensation for the costs incurred in managing the order and shipping.

To validly exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must accept the delivery of the product, inspect the item, and then initiate a return request by contacting our customer service within 14 days of receiving the package. The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@pilateo.fr and send your item to: 6 rue de l'Yser, Perros-Guirec, 22700, France.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

RETURN

To return your product, you should mail it to: THIPE, 6 rue de l'Yser, Perros-Guirec, 22700, France.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
