1. Warranty duration and conditions

• Wood and aluminum frames: 10-year warranty against manufacturing or material defects under normal use, 5 years for foldable models.
• Cushions, accessories, and springs: 1-year warranty against manufacturing or material defects under normal use.

2. Warranty coverage

The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and components.
• Hidden defects affecting the normal use of the machine.

3. Warranty exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
• Damage caused by improper use, insufficient maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
• Deterioration due to unsuitable environmental conditions (e.g., excessive humidity, exposure to sunlight, etc.).
• Repairs carried out by third parties not authorized by Pilateo.

4. Claim procedure

If you experience a problem covered by the warranty, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service through our website or by email, providing a detailed description of the issue along with photos.
• Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
• Our technical team will review your request and, depending on the situation, offer a repair, replacement, or credit.

5. General provisions

• The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and is non-transferable.
