2. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products offered on the Pilateo.fr website, both to consumers and professionals located in France or within the European Union.

3. Products

Pilateo sells Pilates machines and accessories. The products are supplied new.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these GTC and Terms of Use. The customer agrees to provide accurate information when placing an order.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Scalapay (installment payments), Bank transfer (upon request).

6. Delivery

7. Right of Withdrawal

Pilateo grants an extended 30-day withdrawal period for machines and accessories. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Warranty

The machines are covered by a 5-year commercial warranty on their wooden or aluminum structure. Accessories (springs, headrest, jumping board, sitting box, shoulder rests, footbar, carriage) are covered by a 1-year warranty.

9. Product Use – Disclaimer

The Pilates machines and accessories sold by Pilateo are designed for use in accordance with their intended purpose and within a personal or supervised professional setting. Pilateo declines all responsibility in the event of: - improper or non-compliant use with the provided instructions, - modification or alteration of the product by the user, - bodily injury or material damage resulting from improper use or installation by the customer. The user is solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary physical capabilities to use the products and that they follow the safety instructions provided in the manuals or on the website. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before engaging in intensive physical activity. Pilateo cannot be held responsible in the event of injury, incident, or accident related to incorrect use of a product.

10. Liability

Pilateo cannot be held responsible for indirect damages or damages resulting from improper use of the product. The customer is required to read the instructions and safety precautions.

11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts are those of the registered office of Thipe in Saint-Brieuc, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Modification of the Terms

Pilateo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the time of the order.
