Partner Program

1. Program Objective

The program allows partner Pilates studios to receive a commission of €100 for each Pilateo Reformer sale made after a client has been referred to or welcomed by the studio.

2. Eligibility

• The studio must be registered as an approved Pilateo partner.
• It must have at least one functional Pilateo Reformer.
• The studio may directly recommend clients interested in the Reformer without needing to go through Pilateo for the referral.
• Only clients who purchase a Pilateo Reformer after being welcomed into the studio are taken into account.

3. Conditions to receive the commission

• The studio must welcome the client and may allow them to try the Reformer (optional).
  
• If the client purchases a Pilateo Reformer, the studio receives a €100 commission.
• The commission is paid by bank transfer within 30 days after confirmation of the purchase.

4. Visibility bonus (optional)

Pilateo may choose to share content from partner studios on its social networks and digital platforms in order to help increase their visibility. However, this distribution is not mandatory, and the studio may choose not to participate in this initiative.

To be eligible for this bonus, the studio must have an active account on at least one social network (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and agree that Pilateo may share its content.

5. Partner studio listing

As a partner studio, your establishment will be listed on a map featuring all Pilateo partner studios.

6. Exclusions and restrictions

• The same client can only be counted once.
• Cancelled or refunded purchases do not qualify for the commission.
